I gladly accept returns
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our items are packaged nicely before being nestled into the mailer to ensure the cuteness factor, and keeping the item(s) safe in transit! We currently do not offer special gift wrapping. If you have something in mind, feel free to send us a message as we can see if we can accommodate!
Care instructions
-When washing the shirts, please follow the care instructions on the shirt label for best results. We do recommend washing them inside out, and to hang dry to reduce fading and possible shrinking. It all depends on your washer and dryer in the end! You know your appliance best.
-Popsockets are meant to be able to pop off the device and be switched for a different popsocket . Please be aware that if it’s dropped it can break, and not be usable anymore. But if the popsocket pops off, most cases it can be popped back on!
-Jewelry and keychains are meant to be worn as fashion jewelry, they are not precious stones or metal, but they also aren’t toys. Please be aware that if they are tugged on too much they could break.

Limitations include: patches. Patches are not manufactured in singles, and are only available for a bulk order.

For all accessories from our shop, the dimensions are in the descriptions, as well as a picture showing the dimensions.
For clothing;
-Beanies and hats are one size fits most
-other clothing pieces: check out the sizing guide in the pictures for using your best judgement. If you are unsure, send us a message, and we will try to help guide you in the right direction.
Where are you based out of?
We live in Maine!
Our backstories; Jessie was born and raised in Southern New Jersey, and Jason was born in Northern New Jersey, but raised in Maine!
We met in college in North Jersey back in 2008. When we graduated, we moved to Maine in 2012, and have been here ever since!
